Daily renewal of meditative calm gains the subtle self-control of optimal functioning.  Difficulties are preempted rather than countered, so concern with their directed counter-control is misplaced.

A meditative agenda is first and foremost  – out of which whatever else might be necessary will be met by simultaneously enhanced problem solving that accompanies your new contemplative practice habit.
